1994

Built a four unit Condominium building at: 301 Garfield Street in Cherry Creek North.

1995

Built a custom home at #16 Polo Club Drive in the old Polo Grounds. Property has 6,900 sq. ft. finished above ground, sold for $2,000,000.

1997

Built two town homes at 353- 355, Washington Street . Sold one for $650,000.

1998

Purchased a 5200 sq. ft. Penthouse Shell at Cheesman Gardens Condominium. Sold completed unit for $2,350,000.

2000

Built two town homes at 950-940 Humboldt Street in Denver, Colorado. 950 Humboldt Street is my personal residence 940 Humboldt Street sold for $2,350,000.

2002

Built 3 Retail Shopping Centers totaling 50,000 Square feet 2 in Parker, Colorado 1 in Lafayette, Colorado.

2004

Built Co-own single family residence in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, which is on the market for $7,600,000.

Co-own a 12 Unit Condominium Building in Melbourne, Florida to be completed in the Fall 2004. Units selling from $625,000 to $850,000, only 4 units left to sell.

Co-own a 15,000 sq. ft. Shopping Center in Parker, Colorado, all units leased.

2006

Renovated a 2500 square foot Condo in Palm Beach, Florida. Purchased for $3.4 Million Sold March 12, 2007 for $4,750,000.

2007

Own a 4.5 Acre Parcel of Retail land in Rockledge, Florida all permits approved for a 29,950 square foot Shopping Center.

Purchased a 13.50 Parcel of land in Erie, Colorado. Building Retail Shopping Center, will own 50,000 sq. ft. selling 4 paid sites off. ent buildings.
