Mitchell guided us through the entire process, introducing us to an architect, applying for permits and approval from the City and Landmark Preservation, and eventually hiring and overseeing subs to complete the job. The project included gutting and replacing our existing kitchen and powder room, removing existing interior walls and building an approximately 500 square foot addition onto the back of our home.
